                   Establishing a Senate Special Committee on World

Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE                                                                     
RESOLUTION NO. 2 be taken up at this time. Without objection, the                                                               
resolution was before the Senate on final passage.                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
The question being: "Shall SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 2                                                                              
Establishing a Senate Special Committee on World Trade,                                                                         
Technology, and Innovations, pass the Senate?" The roll was taken
